05th Oct 2014 Chelsea v Arsenal

Chelsea v Arsenal

October 5th saw the coming together of two huge rivals to battle it out for not only a greater edge in the Premier league title but pride on the pitch. It also saw the reunion of two old adversaries as Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho came face to face once again. For months prior the pair have been locked in a war of words. Arsene could be seen to have started the spat as he claimed Mourinho was playing down his title chances as he had a 'fear to fail'. This fuelled an angry response as Mourinho branded him 'a specialist in failure.' However if you are to delve deeper into the history books you would see that this is not the first time the pair have been at each other's throat's. With all this in mind it was virtually expected what was to come!
